This exhibition makes us understand the power of the mind and its projection of our societal roles in a simple statement “strong body, strong mind”. The conceptual works stand beyond our preconceptions about strengthening our bodies to achieve a look.
Strengthening our bodies becomes more of a process of understanding the control of our thoughts and behaviour in society.
