When are you opening?

We plan to open during the month of July 2021.

We have a limited number of special grand opening memberships that will provide a once in a life time savings opportunity. If you pre-purchase these memberships your membership start date will not start until we are officially open.

You will be given two weeks noticed of our confirmed opening date.

Is there really no contract? How does it work?

Yes, there really is no contract.

Our Monthly Membership Plan only makes you pay for a monthly membership cost using credit card. From that point on, you can cancel at any point with 30 days’ notice. Simply hand in your notice at our club’s front desk or if you prefer, e-mail it to memberships@truthgymgallery.com

Our Annual Membership Plan offers additional savings, and that’s why the Annual members are required make a minimum 12 month commitment. 

How do I cancel my membership?

As much faith as we have in our services, we also provide you an extremely easy way to cancel. Just provide a Notice of Cancellation prior to 30 days of your next billing date. Your notice must show evidence of the date you cancelled; this means you can use email or you can have the front desk provide you a cancellation receipt. Before we can finalize your cancellation, we must receive all monies owed.

What is the maintenance fee?

We want to continue to provide our members the best experience for their health and fitness. Our annual maintenance fee or sometimes referred to as “facility enhancement fee” allows the club to collect a preset amount twice a year, to use for club improvements such as buying new equipment, replacing equipment, creating exciting art exhibits, making renovations or other much-needed improvements.

This fee is $25 charged every 6 months to all members.

Can I pay cash for my monthly dues?

No. Our direct credit card dues system is what ensures accuracy, efficiency and security for our members. Cash will not be accepted for memberships.

Where can I connect with other members or the Truth Management?

We have an exclusive members only secret Facebook Group for active members.

You will be given access to the private facebook group once you have completed your membership sign up. Comments, concerns, questions can be left in this group. 

Key Fob & Access

Do I need a members key fob?

Yes, you will be issued an individualized membership key fob. Showing your key fob to the front desk each time you visit allows us to offer our members the best security and services possible.

 

This will also allow you to unlock the gym facility when the front desk is closed giving you 24-hour access to Truth Gym Gallery.If you lose your key fob, you must purchase a replacement for $20.00 to visit the facility.

 

Due to Public Health Orders, all Fitness Facilities must have staff on site while patrons are exercising to ensure adherence to cleaning and social distancing requirements. As a result we are TEMPORARILY operating on reduced hours from 6AM to 10PM 7 days a week.

What are your hours?

We are a 24 hour facility, 365 days a year.

Our pro shop/front desk will have limited hours.

Monday-Saturday 10AM-6PM.

Facilities & Equipment

Are there certain rules or club etiquette that I need to be aware of?

Yes:

  • All members must wear proper athletic footwear and sportswear at all times on the exercise floor
  • No chewing gum in the club
  • All members must bring and use their own workout towel
  • Return and wipe down equipment after each use
  • No dropping weights on the floor
  • Do not store gym bags, purses, jackets and any other clothing on the exercise floor
How heavy are your free weights?

We have dumbbells up to 200 pounds and weight plates up to 45 pounds.

What are your cleaning protocols?

Our club rules state that all members must carry their own sweat towel with them at all times and wipe down their equipment with each use.

High traffic areas are cleaned with increased frequency using hospital grade disinfectant proven to kill viruses like COVID-19 daily.

Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the Club so it’s easy to sanitize during your workout.

Do you have private showers?

No, we do not have showers. There are 4 universal restrooms/changing areas. There will also be an area for your personal belongings.
