Terms and Conditions for 90-Day Gym Membership Promo for New Members Only:

  1. Eligibility: The 90-day gym membership promo is only available to new members who sign up for a Truth Gym Gallery gym membership between May 1st and June 30th, 2023.

  2. Promo Period: The promo period begins on May 1st, 2023, and ends on June 30th, 2023. Any gym membership purchased outside of this period will not be eligible for the promo.

  3. Membership Fee: The promo fee for the 90-day gym membership is $149.99 + $50 Sign-up Fee + Tax = $209.99 This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  4. Membership Benefits: The 90-day gym membership provides new members with access to all gym facilities 24 hours a day, including cardio and weight training equipment, group fitness classes, and locker area. The membership does not include access to any additional services, such as personal training or nutrition coaching, which can be purchased separately.

  5. Membership Expiration: The 90-day gym membership will expire 90 days from the date of purchase. The membership cannot be extended or renewed beyond the 90-day period.

  6. Membership Termination: The gym reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates any gym policies or engages in any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe by gym staff.

  7. Liability: By signing up for the 90-day gym membership promo, members acknowledge that they are participating in physical activity at their own risk and assume all responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur while using gym facilities.

  8. Personal Information: The gym will collect personal information from members for the purpose of processing and managing memberships. This information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the member’s consent.

  9. Agreement: By signing up for the 90-day gym membership promo, members agree to abide by all gym policies and procedures, as well as these terms and conditions.
