We are located at 1035 Alston Street, in the Vic West industrial park. Unlike downtown gyms where you pay for parking or circle the block, we offer ample free street parking directly in front of and around the facility. We are a short drive from Esquimalt and Downtown Victoria.
Staffed Hours vs. 24/7 Access
This is important: We are a private, key-fob access facility.

Once you sign up, you receive a secure RFID Key Fob. This is your passport to the gym. You can train at 2 AM, on Christmas Day, or whenever inspiration strikes. Our facility is monitored by 24/7 video surveillance for your safety.
Do you offer drop-in passes for travelers?
Yes. We are a popular destination for bodybuilders and powerlifters visiting Victoria. You can purchase a day pass during Staffed Hours. If you are in town for an extended stay, ask about our weekly or short-term options.
What brands of equipment do you have?
We don’t use generic filler equipment. Our floor is stocked with hand-picked pieces from Arsenal Strength, Atlantis, Prime, and calibrated plates for powerlifting. We have the tools you need for competition prep or serious hypertrophy.
