38yr mom of two young kids. Would never have thought I’d ever set foot in a gym.. let alone a “body building gym”. I was very nervous to start coming here but needed to get healthy post partum and it was just down the street from where I live. I used two of their trainers to get me going in the beginning and they were both excellent. Well, it’s been over a year and this place has changed my life. Truth is a great place to work out. It has a wide variety of equipment and plenty of space, so you never feel crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they keep the gym clean and well-maintained. There are also a lot of group classes to choose from, which is a nice bonus. I've been going to truth for 6 months now and it has been an exceptional experience so far. I was intimidated to start working out there, because I had been told it was for advanced bodybuilders and I had only been working out for about a year. However I was hoping to find an inspiring gym environment that I could go to on a daily basis, so I did a drop in and immediately signed up after the first workout. Truth has definitely been an inspiring place for me. I am not a high level bodybuilder, but being around people who are passionate about looking and feeling good and take it seriously has been very good for me. My physique has improved a lot since I started training there, partly from the great equipment and partially from training around ambitious people. This is an awesome Bodybuilding gym or a gym for someone plenty familiar to training. The selection of equipment is UNREAL & it'll take many visits to try it all out.
