1. The Fall Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid for individuals who are new members to Truth Gym Gallery (“Gym”).

2. The Promotion offers a fixed-term or annual membership, with a duration of 12 months, to eligible participants.

3. Eligible participants must sign up for the Promotion within the specified promotional period, before October 31st, 8:00PM PST.

4. The Promotion includes a monthly membership fee of $79.99 for the duration of 12 months or Annual Membership $840.00

5. A one-time sign-up fee of $50 is applicable upon enrolment in the Promotion for monthly membership.

6. As part of the Promotion, eligible participants will receive a free one-on-one personal training session valued at $65. This session is redeemable after enrolment and is subject to availability of our trainers.

7. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated by the Gym.

8. The Promotion is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the eligible participant who has signed up for the membership.

9. Participants must adhere to the Gym’s rules, regulations, and code of conduct during their membership period.

10. The Gym’s standard membership terms and policies apply to all aspects of the Promotion unless otherwise stated.

11. This Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
