→ 4:30 | HIIT class taught by Jasmyn- High-intensity interval training using body weight. Fast-paced & a great sweat!
→ 5:15 | Booty bands & core taught by Zakia – Banded booty workouts finished with core exercises. Tone & sculpt!
→ 6:00 | Yoga / cool down with Sarah-Jean- A calming cool down to end the series. Stretching & lengthening!
