Truth Gym Gallery has built a strong reputation across Greater Victoria as the gym for people who actually care about how they train. We are locally owned by lifters who built this facility from the ground up after spending over a decade training in the Victoria market and visiting world-class gyms like Gold’s Gym Venice and Powerhouse Columbus.

We don’t chase trends or cut corners. Every machine on our 10,000 sq ft floor was hand-selected by our owners. We carry equipment from Arsenal Strength, Atlantis, Hammer Strength, Prime, Rogue, Bells of Steel, and York Barbell. That is over 95 machines and 30,000 pounds of weight available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

There is a reason we are rated 4.9 stars on Google. Our training culture is built on respect. Members re-rack weights. Members share equipment. Full-time cleaning staff keep the facility maintained throughout the day, not just a quick mop at closing. For isolation and accessory work, our plate-loaded machines from Atlantis and Arsenal Strength are selected for smooth biomechanics and progressive overload. We carry heavy dumbbells up to 200 lbs, cable machines, hack squats, leg presses, and a full range of selectorized machines from Matrix Fitness and Hammer Strength.

For conditioning, we have Matrix Fitness treadmills, climbmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, battle ropes, and a turf section for functional training.

For bodybuilding prep, we offer a private posing room with front, three-quarter, and back mirrors, multiple light settings, hard floor surface, and 24/7 privacy. No other gym in Langford or the Westshore area offers a dedicated posing room.
